Empowering older adults to achieve long, healthy, able lives through strength training, movement and proper nutrition. Safe exercises for individuals with osteoporosis, hip and knee replacements and other age-related limitations. Supervised small group sessions focusing on squats, hinges, pulling, pushing, gait steps, loaded carries and balance work, reducing fall-risk and severity.
